How to prepare your listings for success on HomeAway

Minimum content standards (required for listing):

• 100% of bookings must be accepted, even if rates are wrong.
• Supply at least 6 JPEGs photos per property -- maximum allowable is 50 images. No watermarks allowed on this channel.
• * NEW REQUIREMENTS* -- Photos should be min. 1920 x 1080 pixels and max. 20 MB (Previous was 400 x 300 pixels and existing listing with this photos are OK, but we highly recommend replacing images with larger size as better photos increase conversion.)
• A minimum of 20 characters in the title
• A minimum of 400 characters in the description
• Accuracy. HomeAway requires a 90% quote and booking success
• Page view to conversion. Requires a minimum of 0.1% page view to booking conversion
