All bookings MUST be accepted. If you cancel a booking, you are immediately at risk of having your account shut down.
Calendars MUST be kept up to date, including minstay, CHI/CO and pricing.
Cancellation for ANY reason is not permitted. A single cancellation will result in removal of all your listings from Airbnb.
All Airbnb bookings are covered by the “Extenuating Circumstances Clause” and can be cancelled at any time for full guest refund by Airbnb for any of the reasons below, without warning.

Airbnb guest cancellation policies are heavily weighted towards the guest in all cases. In certain circumstances they will even go outside the Extenuating Circumstances Clause if they find it warranted.
We have to refund the guest in all circumstances. You will not be paid for this booking.
RedAwning does not have credit card details for bookings that come through this channel.
RedAwning does not see or collect this fee. In the event that you cancel a booking on a guest and cannot provide alternatives, RedAwning may refund this via check to the guest, and may invoice you for this fee.
Airbnb sends masked emails for guests booking on this channel and all communication will flow directly to the guest via this address via the extranet. The email address will look something like: b80yckpk1k8ayz8@guest.Airbnb.com
Airbnb does not permit any payments to be collected outside the Airbnb dashboard. This includes, but is not limited to: pet fees, resort fees, travel insurance, etc.
