How to prepare your listings for success on Airbnb

Minimum content standards (required to go live):

• Acceptance rates should be 100%
• Airbnb requires at least 7 photos -- No watermarks allowed on this channel
• Images should be minimum 800X500 pixels @ 72 dpi.
• You should have a minimum of 8 characters in the title field
• Titles should be descriptive and clear (e.g. 3-Bedroom Villa In Tuscany" or "2-Bedroom Apartment, Town Center)
• You need a minimum of 50 characters in the description field.
• At least 5 amenities should be selected from the Airbnb list
• You must be able to provide more than 30 days availability in a 12-month period
• You are required list your registration numbers and to follow all City Ordinances and stay restrictions for short-term rentals in your region.

Recommended requirements for optimal success

Airbnb has very strict standards and if your listing(s) are not a good fit, they will be removed by the channel.

• Reviews. For your listings to rank high in search, they must maintain above 80% 5-star reviews. Bad reviews can get you deleted by Airbnb
• To avoid bad reviews ensure that your Airbnb customers have a good personal experience with your establishment.
• Keep your listing updated, maintained and clean.
