How to prepare your listings for success on TripAdvisor/Flipkey

Minimum content standards (required for listing):

• Acceptance. Flipkey requires a fast response rate and a minimum 60% booking request acceptance rate
• You need at least 6 JPEG photos -- No watermarks allowed.
• Image size should be minimum 400 x 300 pixels, 300mb file size
• Flipkey requires minimum of 20 characters in the title
• A minimum of 400 characters in the description
• Rates. Please supply accurate pricing for several months; travelers prefer to see pricing upfront
• Tax ID's . If required, tax ID's must be added manually to the TA dashboard. My listings> Preferences> Tourist license number or state tax ID

Optimum content standards (recommended):

• Conversion is influenced by the amount of reviews on a property. Travelers experience more trust in a property that has a good amount of reviews.
